The best and the most effective asthma treatment start with identifying and eliminating triggers that cause asthma. Asthma is caused due to different triggers or factors in different individuals. Most asthma patients are allergic to certain allergens, avoiding or limiting exposure to such allergens drastically reduces the severity of asthma condition.
